Yueshen Li

Hi! I'm a CS PhD student at the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign working with Prof. Dilek Hakkani-Tur and Prof. Koustuv Saha. I obtained my B.S. (Honors) degree in Computer Engineering from Zhejiang University. My research interests lie in LLM Reasoning & Agents Harness, and Human–AI Interaction. My work spans LLM-based agents, H-AI tacit understanding/cooridination, and behavioral signal analysis, and I build full-stack systems to study how humans and AI collaborate in structured/unstructured settings. My most recent focus is on self-evolving agents for industrial-intent.

Before pivoting into AI/HAI, I worked in security and networked systems, including leading CAPSID, a privacy-preserving UAV identification protocol published at ACM CCS 2024, and collaborating over Automatic FarmNetes, which led to a publication at ACM SEC 2025.
